Tagliatelle with bacon and peas

Ingredients:

Half package of tagliatelle
6 slices of bacon
Some boiled peas (half a cup)
150ml cream
Salt – pepper
Olive oil

1. Boil the tagliatelle in salted water with some olive oil according to the instructions of the package.

2. In the meantime start preparing the sauce in a non-stick frying pan. Cut the bacon in small pieces and put them in the pan. You don’t have to add any extra oil or butter because the bacon has its own fat. Lower the temperature and add the cream. Let it cook for 3 minutes and add the peas.

3. At this point the tagliatelle will also be ready. Take some directly from the pot and add them in the pan. Mix well. Then you can add all the pasta and mix again very well.


4. Serve with some freshly ground pepper.
